My real estate journey began in 2016 in commercial real estate, working high-stakes markets across California — Los Angeles, San Francisco, Fresno, and Beverly Hills. I taught seminar classes on locating commercial properties and navigating zoning requirements, and I spoke at City Council, Planning Commission, and Board of Supervisors meetings up and down California on real estate policy.
After two and a half years working high-pressure commercial deals, I made a deliberate pivot — transitioning into new construction home sales. That chapter sharpened my eye for quality construction, taught me how to walk first-time buyers through every detail of a brand-new home, and gave me the patience and clarity that this kind of work really demands.
Today, I focus exclusively on residential real estate as a Visalia Realtor, serving home buyers and home sellers across Tulare County, Kings County, and the Central Valley of California.
